We are beyond excited to introduce our newest member of Team Evolve, Kristy Kuntz. A recent graduate of the University of Missouri, Kristy is no stranger to Search Engine Optimization. Her recent experiences include working as a Brand Analyst at Digital Talent Agents in Columbia, MO, where she compiled and presented SEO reports for clients on a monthly basis. Additionally, she interned at Lift Development, where she used SEO tactics like link building and keyword research to increase traffic to clients’ websites.
Kristy’s role as Evolve’s SEO Manager will primarily be focused on the SEO Audit process, in addition to implementing white hat SEO strategy for clients’ long-term success, both on-site and in the SERPs. We can’t wait to get started!
In typical Evolve fashion, we asked Kristy a few normal (and a few off-the-wall) questions in an attempt to break the ice. Read on and get to know our new SEO Manager!
Whatas your favorite web site?
Recently, I’ve been using Pinterest a lot.
On a given Friday night, you’ll probably be:
I will most likely be out finding fun spots in St. Louis. I just moved back here from Columbia, MO, where there are only about 4 places to go for fun on the weekends, so it will be exciting to have new places to explore for a while!
What draws you to this industry? It amazes me that people use Google and other search engines everyday, without understanding much of how they work. I use Google at least once a day, and I’m a curious person by nature, so that’s what caught my initial interest. Little did I know that I would fall in love with the fast-paced, ever-changing industry of SEO.
Mac or PC?
What’s the last book you read?
Girl with the Dragon Tattoo
If you could have a beer with anyone in the world, who would it be?
David Backes from the St. Louis Blues. Unfortunately, he’s married. But I’m still a big fan.
Is there anything you want us (and the world) to know about you?
I have an obsession for puppies, and I spent most of my college years volunteering at the Humane Society. I’m one of those people that always asks strangers on the sidewalk if I can pet their dog.
