Business Solutions Account Manager


The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our award-winning team to help drive growth with
our expansive list of clients.

Our Business Solutions practice helps companies add to their bottom-line through data-driven
digital growth strategies. We deliver customer and brand-centric solutions that help our clients’
products and services achieve disproportionately high value from marketing spend across all
digital channels.

You will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and delivering the work on multiple accounts,
primarily Paid Media & Organic strategies. You will also be responsible for facilitating
communication between clients & employees.

This full-time position reports to the Director of Business Solutions and works closely with all
employees of Evolve Digital Labs.

The Responsibilities

The responsibility of the position requires communication and compliance with key employees & clients, which may include:

  • Ensure successful client-side implementation of recommended strategic framework, creating opportunities for future repeat business
  • Manage and execute client consulting engagements, custom projects, and client inquiries
  • Develop presentations and manage delivery quality to the client and all key stakeholders
  • Develop strategic outreach plans, messaging, and digital/social content
  • Lead the Business Solutions team in directing primary research and analyzing data across multiple markets/data sets
  • Build data-driven business and marketing strategies
  • Hands-on development of models to evaluate the impact of different marketing tactics
  • Work directly with source data to analyze and optimize marketing effectiveness across the entire digital marketing funnel
  • Deliver insightful campaign reporting to clients
  • Work directly with Paid & Organic teams to analyze and optimize marketing effectiveness across the entire digital marketing funnel

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in related field is highly preferred
  • The successful candidate with have 5+ years of industry experience in a related field such as market research, agency, or consulting and possess the following attributes:
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • You remain upbeat, even under pressure
  • You embrace change and the challenge that comes with it
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • A consultative approach to understanding and building business growth;
  • A passion for understanding complex business questions and ability to apply creative research and methodology techniques
  • Facility to leverage channel and client data to drive strategic recommendations
  • Excitement for large datasets.
